About
Established in 1986, Heritage Exteriors is a family-owned and -operated residential contracting firm serving clients throughout West Metro, MA, Worcester County, MA, Middlesex County, MA, and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality installations and creating world-class customer experiences. Richard, the patriarch of the family, started his career off sub-contracting jobs from large home improvement companies, before beginning his own business for roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, porches, and more.
Passing the Torch
Richard was a bit of a perfectionist and always went the extra mile to ensure his jobs looked just a little bit better than everyone else's. His son, Kevin, grew up working in the remodeling business before coming on full time to run the day-to-day operations. He has been able to incorporate the old-fashioned craftsmanship passed down from his father, with the newest products available today.
Kevin holds a Construction Supervisor's License and Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractors License. Heritage Exteriors is fully insured and carries workman's compensation for every employee. We are also an EPA lead-safe certified firm. Kevin has attended the vinyl siding institute (VSI), has been to advanced training for fiber cement siding, and holds manufacturer’s certifications on several products.
